We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers, helping them navigate our tax preparation products and software. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for learning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their tax preparation products and software, addressing questions and issues reputed company to downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as basic tax-reputed company questions.
- Work collaboratively with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in tax preparation and customer service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction ratings and resolution rates.
