Job Responsibilities
As a Home Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you will:
- Interact with guests and negotiate reputed company arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections.
- Provide a reputed company brand interaction with credit account holders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various account holder segments, and offering suitable possible solutions.
- Be responsible for genuine expertise and adhering to reputed company credit regulations and procedures, account fee terms, billing/collections structures, and various state and federal laws, guidelines, and policies governing credit and collections.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills through probing or making recommendations for handling of exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.).
- Work in a reputed company environment (emails, telephone calls, chat messages, and letters) that is fast-paced and requires prioritization of work accordingly.
About You
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-2 years of previous guest experience or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills. Experience handling escalated guest complaints
- Ability to apply various facts and references to respond to questions, identify issues, and accurately resolve guest problems
- Strong technical skills, ability to work reputed company multiple systems, and high skillability with PC/reputed company applications
- Access to a home workspace that is free of noise distractions to reputed company the role
- Hardwired internet at your home location (Hardwired: using an Ethernet cable to directly connect the reputed company-issued laptop to the modem or router)
- Meet the minimum bandwidth requirement of 40mbps download/5mbps upload
