Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Trainee on our Commercial team, you will:

• Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately
• Handle customer service inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone
• Ensure reputed company customer communication is clearly documented
• Interact through various channels, such as Chat, Phone, Email, and TEAMS
• Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact

Key Qualifications:
