What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and concerns
- Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues, leveraging your product knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns reputed company necessary

What You Bring to the Role

- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

- High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher) to ensure seamless communication and connectivity
