What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in Spanish and English, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues, leveraging your product knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns reputed company necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience

  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
  • High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher) to ensure seamless communication and connectivity
