Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, Bilingual: Spanish and English, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and/or services. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service support reputed company inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet
- Resolve routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and/or services
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Utilize arenaflex's technology and tools to reputed company manage customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
Requirements
* reputed company in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
- Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
