Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service reputed company to join our remote team. As a Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for our members and/or providers in a timely and accurate manner. You'll reputed company various communication channels to provide personalized support, mitigate complaints, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service reputed company, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns in an accurate and timely manner
  • Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact

  • Resolving basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for further resolution

  • Providing customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, reputed company live chats, and emails
  • Documenting reputed company member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Remaining up-to-date and adhering to quality standards, regulation, and reputed company other policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Education Requirement

* High School Diploma or GED

Experience Required

* Call Center/Customer Service experience

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task working independently from home free of distractions
  • Ability to work with 4 or more systems simultaneously
  • Interpersonal skills

Experience Preferred

* 2-year call center experience

  • 2 years claims experience
  • Medicaid Knowledge
  • Previous experience with reputed company computer applications
  • Previous experience working remotely using multiple applications and screens
