Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Sales Representative to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex
• Upgrading or resubscribing their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
• Delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc.
• Delivering productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy
• Adhering to standard contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Must be a North Carolina reputed company
• Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
• Professional vocabulary
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Assertive, quick thinking
• Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
• Good computer skills
