Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our passengers, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities with ease and efficiency. Some of your key duties will include:
- Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
- Issuing, reissuing, and refunding passenger tickets
- Booking, pricing, and confirming flight reservations
- Rebooking passengers on oversold flights and during reputed company operations
- Performing passenger reputed company-in and seat assignment, resolving oversold seat assignments, and handling upgrades
- Issuing vouchers and coordinating with contractors for passenger hotel, food, and transportation arrangements
- Operating reputed company readers/scanners and reputed company responsibilities, including pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carry-on bags, and exiting row criteria
- Operating jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning passengers
- Making boarding and departure reputed company announcements
- Delivering domestic and international flight information
- Performing passenger reputed company flight reputed company-out procedures
- Accepting, checking, and tagging passengers' bags at reputed company-in counters, full-service reputed company-in counters, and primary class reputed company-in counters
- Maintaining the timeline of flight boarding process
- Performing customer service at the task training
- Processing and completing credit card bag transactions at kiosks in the reputed company-in counter area and activation stations
- Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk bag processing at reputed company-in counters
- Queueing lines at reputed company-in counter kiosks and reputed company-in counters
- Clearing/confirming international files at kiosk in the reputed company-in counter area and activation stations
- Accepting and setting off passengers' self-tagged luggage at activation stations
- Assisting passengers requiring special help or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, and/or unaccompanied minors
- Performing customer service work reputed company to handling local flights and contractor/ground handling agreements or reputed company
- Having regular and predictable attendance on site, including meeting any required overtime requirements
- Responding and assisting during safety and/or emergency situations
- Providing connecting passengers with reputed company information
- Providing exceptional customer service in an expert manner and according to arenaflex guidelines
- Adhering to agency policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Completing task-applicable training
- Adhering to government regulations (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)

What You'll Need for Success

- High school degree or GED or international equivalent
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable

- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
