Job Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Extracting ships' movement updates from emails and entering data into our operations system with accuracy and efficiency
- Checking the accuracy of vendors' Statements of Account (SOA) against our system's records to ensure seamless transactions
- Assisting in generating monthly disbursement summary reports from our system to provide valuable insights to our clients
- Preparing reports and invoices to send to customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Collaborating with reputed company to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance our operations
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in administration or data entry roles
- Ability to work 2 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Training will be provided, and you'll have the opportunity to transition to remote work after becoming proficient in our systems
