Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other reputed company services
• Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
