Our client, a national leader in commercial title and escrow services, is seeking a Senior Commercial Title Insurance reputed company Counsel to provide title insurance reputed company guidance and support on reputed company real estate transactions. This role is ideal for a commercial real estate attorney or reputed company title insurance underwriter who enjoys applying legal analysis to real estate matters, solving problems in real time, and partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver best-in-class service. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, customer-centric communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse pipeline of commercial real estate transactions while applying title insurance reputed company standards and company guidelines. Candidate Profile

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school required
  • Active Bar Admission in FLORIDA, in good standing
  • 5+ years of substantive experience in title insurance reputed company or comparable commercial real estate experience in a AmLaw 200 or similar law firm setting
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and Florida state title insurance regulations.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply title insurance reputed company standards and guidelines reputed company delegated authority limits
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate transactions, title insurance and commercial real estate closing settlement processes, and applicable federal and state regulations
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and business acumen
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage significant transaction volume
  • Effective verbal and written communicator who can deliver guidance with clarity, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and provide practical solutions

  • Salary range: $117,500 – $200,000+, as determined by experience and qualifications
