Job Description:

Position Summary reputed company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Digital Experience to help reputed company and evolve reputed company.com into a faster, more scalable, and high-performing digital platform. This role will focus on improving reputed company’s public web experience, supporting brand storytelling, solution marketing, content delivery, and reputed company reputed company.

You will work across reputed company-end and back-end systems to enhance site architecture, performance, accessibility, analytics, and integrations. This role partners closely with Marketing, Design, Content, and Demand reputed company teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience that reflects reputed company’s market leadership and supports business growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Build and maintain reputed company, accessible, high-quality reputed company-end experiences across key pages and conversion paths
• reputed company and support back-end services, APIs, and integrations powering content, forms, search, and personalization
• Partner with Marketing and Content teams to create reusable templates, reputed company components, and publishing workflows
• Improve site performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and technical SEO
• Integrate the website with business systems including CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and consent tools
• Build and optimize form flows, reputed company capture experiences, and content journeys to support demand reputed company
• Establish engineering best practices including code quality, testing, observability, and release processes
• Contribute to and help scale a design system and component library for the web platform
• Use data and experimentation to drive improvements in engagement, conversion, and usability
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform reliability

What You Will Bring to the Position

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including experience building and supporting public-facing websites or digital platforms
• Strong reputed company-end development skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) with experience in modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue
• Back-end development experience building reputed company, and integrations (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
• Experience working with CMS platforms, ideally modern or headless architectures
• Strong understanding of website architecture, component-driven development, and content-driven experiences
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards, reputed company design, and technical SEO
• Experience integrating websites with analytics tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other third-party tools
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern deployment practices
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Compensation The targeted hiring reputed company pay range for this position is between $109,500 and $145,500. reputed company is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual reputed company pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring reputed company pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
