Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Build, reputed company, and mentor a team of capital markets professionals, ensuring strong execution and deal flow.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on client solutions and market expansion.
  • Drive collaboration across internal leasing, risk, and credit teams to support deal origination and execution.
• Deal Structuring & Execution reputed company
  • reputed company lease syndication and secondary market distribution ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory standards.

  • Manage portfolio strategy, ensuring capital efficiency and reputed company growth.

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Represent the bank at industry conferences and investor meetings.
• Uses independent judgement and discretion to reputed company decisions reputed company to client needs and the portfolio.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

• Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
• Minimum experience required: 7+ Years of experience in capital markets, equipment leasing, or structured finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Track record of leading and scaling a leasing syndication or structured finance platform.
• Strong institutional investor relationships and deal execution expertise.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong credit, portfolio risk analysis, pricing and documentation negotiating skills in support of credit reputed company / backstopping decisioning in Syndications in support of overall sales growth initiatives. 
• Good understanding of standard equipment leasing products.

• Significant travel as dictated by client needs.
