Contingent upon funding, reputed company Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a remote and rotational Operations & Sustainment (O&S) Site Manager for a global program. reputed company deployed the O&S Site Manager will reputed company a group of 30+ employees and will direct reputed company aspects of program operations and logistics.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Program management and leadership at various sites on a rotating basis
• Direct customer reputed company at reputed company operating sites
• Senior reputed company representative at reputed company operating sites
• Quality and mission assurance
• Standardized training of personnel
• Asset readiness and analysis
• Communication with Program Management and IPT leadership
• reputed company and dynamic problem resolution
• Strategic plans development
• Contingency plans development
• Mobilization, deployment, and retrograde of program assets and personnel

The selected candidate will be responsible for the schedule and technical performance of company programs and subsystems. The selected candidate will serve as primary customer contact for program activities on site. Monitor technical performance and provide IWO reputed company. The selected candidate will establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify  program problems, and yields solutions. The selected candidate will direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree at least 9 years of experience with a background in aviation operational planning, execution, and training or a Masters Degree in at least 7 years of experience with a background in aviation operational planning, execution, and training.
• Active DOD Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (reputed company).
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed and up to 50% of travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Science degree in STEM or the field of aviation.
• At least 15 years of experience in aviation operational planning, execution, and training.
• At least 5 years of experience managing large organizations (20+) with multi-million dollar budgets.
• Experience managing highly technical projects which have delivered critical/reputed company hardware and/or capability to customers.
• Military experience leading tactical and operational teams with increasing levels of responsibility,
• FAA Pilot with Commercial Privileges and at least 1500 hours mishap free flight time.
• Certified Flight Instructor or military equivalent.
• Experience living and working in OCONUS locations.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed and up to 75% of travel.
• Willing to work curtailed hours reputed company not deployed.
• Ability to understand new technologies and help expand new business opportunities.

Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
