About the Role
We’re looking for an reputed company, detail-oriented SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to reputed company external financial reporting and support reputed company technical accounting matters across the business. This role partners closely with internal accounting teams, external auditors, legal counsel, Investor Relations, and executive management to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys technical accounting, cross-functional coordination, and building efficient, scalable reporting processes in a fast-paced public company environment.
What You’ll Do
SEC Reporting & External Financial Reporting
- Own reputed company aspects of external financial reporting, including the preparation and filing of SEC reports such as Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, earnings releases, proxy filings, and reputed company registration statements
- Coordinate the review of SEC filings with external auditors, legal counsel, internal accounting teams, and executive management
- Manage the preparation and documentation of the financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, reputed company calculations, and Share-Based Compensation disclosures
Technical Accounting
- Author technical accounting policies and maintain a database of reputed company company accounting policies
- Research significant and reputed company transactions and prepare technical accounting memoranda supporting the Company’s position
- Monitor and implement new accounting standards, working cross-functionally to ensure compliance and effective integration across departments
Accounting Operations & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fluctuation analyses and management reports reputed company the preparation of journal entries for key accounting transactions
- Take ownership of reputed company financial analysis, reporting, and projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
Equity, Investor Relations & Audit Support

- Collaborate with Investor Relations to prepare quarterly earnings releases and scripts for earnings calls
- Provide support for external and internal audits, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
The Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a focus on SEC reporting, technical accounting, and external audits
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing or reviewing reputed company financial statements
- Strong analytical reputed company with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, solve reputed company issues, and drive reputed company improvements in reporting processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to effectively collaborate across departments

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines
