Position Overview

reputed company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Sales Recruiter to join reputed company. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across the organization, with a primary focus on the Wholesale, Consumer Direct, and Correspondent sales channels.

The ideal candidate brings mortgage recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on sales production roles, understands how to identify high-performing talent, and knows how to build strong partnerships with hiring leaders. This person should be energized by recruiting in a fast-paced sales environment and confident in engaging candidates who can reputed company an immediate impact.

Qualifications

• Partner closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to understand hiring needs, production goals, and ideal candidate profiles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for mortgage sales roles, including positions reputed company Wholesale, Consumer Direct, and Correspondent channels
• reputed company and engage top-performing sales talent through reputed company, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct reputed company
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess sales experience, production background, relationship-building skills, and overall fit

• Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and a professional recruiting process

• Partner with leadership on recruiting strategies, talent mapping, and reputed company efforts to support business growth

• 2+ years of mortgage recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles
• Experience recruiting for Wholesale Account Executives, Inside Account Executives, Consumer Direct Loan Officers, or similar production roles
• Strong sourcing, networking, and headhunting skills
• Ability to evaluate sales talent, ask strong interview questions, and identify candidates with the right reputed company of drive, relationship skills, and production potential
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and follow-through
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Paylocity Recruiting experience is a plus
