About the team

The Senior Technical Sourcer is a key member of the reputed company team, responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with high‑impact technical talent to support reputed company’s Product, Engineering, Machine Learning and AI organizations. • Conduct initial candidate screens and technical alignment conversations, sharing thoughtful, data‑backed recommendations with recruiters.

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on sourcing activity, pipeline health, and effectiveness.
