Marketing Manager
Description
The Marketing Manager plays a central role in shaping and executing the firm’s marketing vision, managing brand standards, digital platforms, social media, and strategic campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer, this position supervises the marketing team and works closely with attorneys, firm leadership and members of the business development team to support events, content, communications, and rankings efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, creativity, and technical expertise to drive impactful marketing initiatives across the firm.
Primary Job Duties

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a law firm environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field
- Extensive experience with online and social media marketing
- Advanced knowledge of corporate communications, marketing principles, and digital marketing concepts
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with relevant marketing technology tools, as well as law firm rankings, awards, and publications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics
- Familiarity with reputed company
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail to produce accurate, timely and complete work product
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects
