What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Partner with interdisciplinary teams on pre-admission reviews, discharge planning, and occupancy support.

Qualifications

• Must possess more than a year of proven DON experience reputed company a Skilled Nursing (SNF) environment.
• Ability to travel throughout Iowa. Overnight travel will be required.
• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid reputed company the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Willingness to work as a DON, ADON, or MDS depending on the needs of the organization.
