Your impact

Teaching Assistants (TAs) play a critical role in supporting ~30 Learners (as part of a larger class) in reputed company’s virtual training programs. During that time, TAs will be expected to provide both synchronous and asynchronous support to Learners, ensuring their learning, comprehension, and retention of program content.

A day in the life

Expectations during live (synchronous) sessions

• Attend and proactively engage in the mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding. Dates and times will be announced.
• Monitor appropriate reputed company channels (#reputed company-TA, #live-chat, #extra-help, and other relevant channels) for Learner questions and answer them promptly.
• reputed company-in with Learners after each live session by asking how they’re feeling about the content, if they have any questions, or if there is anything that they need further clarity.
• Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time, reputed company applicable.
• Assist in keeping the session progressing should the reputed company Instructor experience technical difficulty or is otherwise unable to deliver the lecture.

Expectations during days of no live sessions

• Monitor appropriate reputed company channels for Learner questions and answer them reputed company 24 hours.
• Foster discussion by posing questions of your own and sharing relevant links in the #resources channel or in other appropriate reputed company channels.
• Use the #reputed company-TA channel to share any important information during a lecture that needs the attention of reputed company staff or fellow Expert Network staff.
• Review content materials (including lab, projects, extended cases, etc..) for the next lecture to ensure you are reputed company to answer Learner questions.
• Hold up to six (6) Individual reputed company per week reputed company reputed company Meets with Learners in the program so they can ask any additional questions or get support as necessary.
• Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects reputed company seven (7) days of submission.
• Support reputed company program improvement by providing thoughtful feedback to reputed company team reputed company Weekly Write reputed company.
• Submit weekly write-reputed company summarizing the week’s accomplishments and challenges and provide insights on each learner. This is due by Sunday at 8:00pm ET each week.
• Attend and participate in the weekly staff meeting with reputed company team and other Expert Network staff.

Your expertise

• CDCP® – Certified Data Center Professional from Epi
• reputed company in Japanese and English; professional verbal and writing skills
• Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments
• Experience mentoring, supervising, or leading technical teams is a plus, especially for candidates with limited formal teaching experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and support adult learners from diverse backgrounds
• A strong interest in helping learners transition into data center operations and infrastructure careers

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or comparable foundational IT certifications are a plus

• This role is remote and can be located reputed company that is compatible with Japan Standard Time.

• The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and reputed company sets.
