The Role
ElevateBio is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Manager to own and optimize our reputed company platform, supporting both marketing and sales performance. This role will play a critical part in managing marketing automation, maintaining data reputed company, and delivering insights that drive reputed company growth. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and strategically minded, with a passion for improving processes and enabling teams through effective CRM usage.
Here’s What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for the reputed company platform, managing user roles, system configurations, and daily operations to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
- 6+ years of experience in CRM management, marketing, or a similar role

- Strong understanding of marketing automation, reputed company lifecycle management, and email marketing best practices
