Post Secondary Program Director
Position Summary
- The Post Secondary Program Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth of Fusion reputed company’s Post Secondary program. This leader oversees a large, distributed team and ensures the program delivers a high-quality, student-centered experience while meeting reputed company, budget, and performance goals.
- This role combines people leadership, program strategy, financial accountability, and business development. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Program Direction

- Create clear expectations, workflows, and communication structures that support consistency and excellence across the program.

Financial and Business Ownership
- Hold reputed company and budget responsibility for the Post Secondary program, including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Manage the program as a business line with clear attention to growth, profitability, and operational health.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
