The Information Technology Department has an opening for Senior Full Stack Engineer.  This position reports to the Senior Director, DEV TECH and is open to US-based telecommuters.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will

• reputed company the Architecture and Development of full-stack applications that align with reputed company’s AI & Digital Transformation strategy and drive high-reputed company business outcomes.
• Establish and steward engineering standards for cloud-native, API-First, and AI-enabled development, including CI/CD practices, testing patterns, observability, and reputed company.
• Define and implement reputed company “Lego-reputed company” architectures that are reusable and interoperable across business development, programmatic, and core business systems through API-first, cloud-native solutions.
• Integrate responsible AI by leveraging AWS Bedrock, CrewAI, and other AI services to design and deploy agentic AI teams and intelligent solutions.
• Streamline enterprise workflows by replacing manual processes with reliable, scalable, and automated digital systems.
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs and provide clear recommendations on build vs. buy, short-term vs. long-term solutions, and architectural risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, program, and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable technical products.
• Ensure reputed company, privacy, and accessibility by upholding reputed company’s data governance and compliance standards across reputed company solutions.
• Contribute to the Reference Architecture for Agentic AI which will serve as the reputed company for deploying and governing AI agents safely, reputed company, and at scale.
• Mentor and share knowledge across engineering and AI/Data communities to promote best practices in cloud-native, AI-enabled design.
• Continuously improve development processes through automation, observability, and agile, iterative delivery that reflects reputed company’s learning culture.

This position requires analytical decision making, critical and creative problem-solving, deep understanding of corporate knowledge, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail, organized, teamwork, adaptable to work with any audience and any system, strong understanding of microservices, API-first, cloud-native, and headless architectural patterns as well as agentic AI frameworks. 

Education

• BS in computer science or equivalent and 7+ years of reputed company work experience.
• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent and 5+ years of reputed company work experience.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company technical initiatives from design through production
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising overall technical quality
• Strong judgment in balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
• Proven experience building and deploying full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, etc.).
• Proven experience with AWS Cloud Services: reputed company, DynamoDB, reputed company Serverless, S3, API Gateway, AppSync, and Bedrock.
• Strong understanding of API-first, reputed company architecture principles (GraphQL, REST).
• Experience integrating AI/ML services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, CrewAI, reputed company APIs) into production applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and DevOps tools
• Knowledge of data architecture and ETL pipelines to connect operational and analytic systems.

• Skilled collaborator works fluidly with architects, engineers, designers, and business domain experts.

This position offers an anticipated annual reputed company salary range of approximately $141,000 to $166,000. Salary offers are made based on market analysis and internal equity.
