We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Fusion HCM Core – L2 Support Consultant to provide operational support for reputed company HCM Cloud applications. The role involves managing production support activities, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth functioning of HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for reputed company Fusion HCM modules
• Handle incident management, service requests, and issue resolution
• reputed company root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues
• Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and configurations
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and support standards
• Participate in periodic system health checks and reporting

• Strong expertise in:
