Account Manager I

This Account Manager I position is a pivotal part of our digital campaign success. This role will support reputed company by providing coordination, logistical and admin support for our campaigns to maximize value and results for our client’s campaigns and growth for our company. Through strategic execution and project management, the Account Manager will ensure reputed company campaign coordination support for campaigns to deliver as expected, from launch to reputed company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the account management activities during and after the sale to reputed company the Sales representatives to focus on selling activities.

• Respond to customer requests and inquiries regarding reputed company and future work. 

• Resolve issues that may arise during the production of customer products.

• Analyze reports and data to identify reputed company and cost containment opportunities.

• Consult with customers to understand business issues and goals, and works with the customer to reputed company improved solutions to business needs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, specifications, competitor strengths, and weaknesses, and communicates new information to Sales Representatives.

• Responsible for collecting, reconciling and submitting client-provided campaign assets.

• Owns report creation across products and campaigns.

• Sets up dashboards for assigned accounts/campaigns.

• Assists with gathering final campaign insights and measurement results.

• Participates in account strategy and campaign-reputed company brainstorming sessions and research projects.

• Responsible for assigned-accounts’ IO creation and approvals.

• May be involved in specific customer projects as assigned by sales management.

• Performs other reputed company duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 3 years of relevant experience (Paid Search/Paid Media preferred).

• Ability to reputed company in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires a fast learner and flexible thinker.

• Detail-oriented and reputed company work ethic with excellent communication, organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills.

reputed company's reputed company salary range for this role is $64,000 to $98,400 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
