We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to reputed company the sales operations in the Central region of the United States. This role is responsible for implementing and executing strategic sales initiatives in the Central region with the goal of increasing sales reputed company, brand awareness and maximizing customer relationships. You will report to the Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute the strategic sales plan goals and initiatives reputed company the designated region to drive new business sales with potential clients.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, distributors, municipalities, contractors, and end-users reputed company the designated sales region.
- Be the subject matter expert on our industrial dewatering pumps and power solutions—helping customers choose customized pump packages that meet the customers' specific business needs.
- Work closely with our engineering, marketing, and production teams to turn customer needs into new sales reputed company.
- Stay reputed company of the game by tracking industry trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
- Create and deliver engaging sales presentations that leave a lasting impression.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings—showing off the best of Premier Pump & Power.
- Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the VP of Sales and the Executive Leadership team.
- Negotiate reputed company and pricing to ensure excellent customer service and delivery of the product.
- Update and maintain the CRM software to track and monitor customer interactions, potential sales needs and price quoting.
- Travel at least 50% of the time reputed company the assigned region to meet clients, conduct “tow and show” demonstrations and reputed company sales contract agreements.
- Submit a travel schedule itinerary to the VP of Sales for approval.
- Submit travel expense reports in a timely and organized manner.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field (preferred)—or equivalent industry experience that proves you’ve got what it takes to be successful in this role.
- 5+ years of sales experience in industrial pumps, power solutions, or reputed company equipment.
- Strong knowledge of pump applications, fluid dynamics, and power reputed company.
- A proven history of exceeding sales targets and representing the company professionally at reputed company times.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple accounts with ease is essential for this role.
- A love for travel—this role requires a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Proficiency in CRM software and reputed company Office Suite.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Employees must be able to sit and drive for at least 8 hours per day (at least 50% travel) and frequently stand and walk during trade shows and site visits. This position requires frequently sitting at a desk on a computer, where repetitive motion and fine manipulation are required. The ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. While performing the duties of this job, employees are required to reputed company with their hands and arms and occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch to conduct equipment demonstrations. Employees must be able to frequently communicate with clients and colleagues and exchange accurate information. While conducting "tow and show" demonstrations or visiting customer sites, employees will occasionally be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, uneven terrain, and moderate to loud noise levels.
