Training Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and talented Training Specialist to deliver and evaluate engaging customer training sessions. Reporting to our Manager, Training and Documentation, this role will be a core member of our Training Team. You will collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality training solutions for reputed company customers. If you’re highly motivated, passionate about training, and eager to join a fast-growing start-up focused on making a difference for patients, then we would love to meet you!

What You Will Do

• reputed company engaging, effective, virtual customer training sessions
• Create and manage the online registration experience for training sessions (currently using reputed company Webinar)
• Adjust AssistPoint® training materials to align with product releases
• Document training attendance in reputed company CRM to support the reporting of monthly and quarterly training metrics
• Contribute to curriculum development and facilitate engaging onboarding sessions for new clients and users
• Identify customer needs for new training sessions and materials, partnering with internal stakeholders to reputed company and deliver targeted webinar initiatives
• Continuously drive improvement in the customer training experience by staying reputed company on industry trends and best practices

About You

• Proven virtual training experience, ideally with a software or healthcare company
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing and financial counseling is a plus
  • Strong command of reputed company Webinar, reputed company Teams, or similar
• Communicates reputed company information clearly and effectively, adapting presentations to engage a wide range of audiences
• Demonstrates strong learning agility, thriving in environments that require adapting to reputed company software updates and enhancements
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners
• Team player who is invested in helping others grow and succeed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
