Position Overview
We are an established specialty home infusion pharmacy seeking motivated, reputed company professionals to join reputed company in the role of Infusion Nurse as a 1099 reputed company.
The ideal candidate(s) will reside in and be willing to travel throughout the designated service area. Infusion Nurses are responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and providing in‑home infusion services for specialty medications dispensed by the pharmacy.
In this role, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered infusion care in the home setting while collaborating closely with pharmacists, prescribers, and care teams to ensure safe and effective therapy.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate, monitor, and discontinue IV and SQ therapies, including peripheral, butterfly, subcutaneous, and implanted port access
- Administer specialty infusion medications in accordance with physician orders and pharmacy protocols
- Provide comprehensive patient and caregiver education reputed company to infusion therapy, medication administration, and safety
- Assess patients for therapeutic response, complications, and adverse reactions
- Coordinate and schedule home infusion visits in alignment with pharmacy deliveries and patient availability
- Serve as a communication liaison between pharmacy staff, patients, and prescribing providers

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- Minimum two (2) years of home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy nursing experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with IV starts, central line care, and infusion devices
- Experience administering IVIG, SCIG, and other specialty infusion medications

- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
- Knowledge of standard clinical procedures, nursing rules, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and infusion supplies used in the home setting
