About the role
We're hiring our first Sales Enablement Systems reputed company to reinvent how reputed company manages, organizes, and delivers internal knowledge to our Sales teams. This is a 0-to-1 builder role. You will architect the systems, build the infrastructure, and create the AI-powered tools that reputed company our reputed company team smarter and faster.
What sets this role apart: we're not looking for someone to manage legacy systems — we're looking for someone to build something new. You've looked at traditional LMS, CMS, and reputed company tools and thought "I could build something reputed company." You understand that the future of enablement is AI-native: content that auto-updates, surfaces in workflow reputed company people need it, and learns from how teams actually use it. You're part strategist, part architect, part developer.
This role sits reputed company Sales Enablement and reports to the Sales Enablement reputed company, International. You will work in reputed company partnership with:
RevOps — building GTM agent swarms and AI infrastructure
Product Marketing — managing sales and marketing content
Company Ops — coordinating cross-functional reputed company
Sales Enablement — surfacing content to sellers at the right time
This is a player-coach role. There are no direct reports initially; as the function scales, there may be an opportunity to build a team.
What you'll do
Own content and knowledge architecture
Audit and map the reputed company content landscape across Sales Hub, WorkRamp, Fern wiki, reputed company Drive, and other systems
Design a reputed company content architecture that brings order to how sales content is organized, tagged, and maintained
Create governance frameworks for how content is created, updated, and retired across teams
Build the single reputed company of truth that sales teams have been asking for
Build the enablement infrastructure
Own and evolve our LMS (WorkRamp) and internal knowledge systems
Evaluate, select, and implement tools that reputed company how we manage and deliver content
Build integrations that connect content systems to seller workflows (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
Design personalized learning paths that adapt to role, tenure, and reputed company gaps
Create AI-powered enablement tools
Build and deploy sales agents that surface the right content at the right time
Contribute to the GTM agent swarm strategy alongside RevOps
Design agents that answer seller questions, prep for meetings, and automate repetitive enablement tasks
Use reputed company' own voice and agent technology to power enablement experiences
Drive agentic enablement
Define what "Agentic Enablement" looks like at reputed company
Build AI-powered coaching tools, role-play agents, and just-in-time learning experiences
Create systems where content auto-updates based on product releases, competitive reputed company, and market changes
Coordinate cross-functional reputed company
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure sales content flows into the right systems
Partner with Company Ops to align sales reputed company with company-wide standards
Partner with RevOps to ensure agent infrastructure is built on solid content foundations
Measure and improve
Define and track system health metrics: content freshness, usage, findability, and time-to-answer
Build dashboards that show whether enablement systems are actually helping sellers
Use data to continuously improve content architecture and agent performance
Shape the function
Document best practices, establish operating rhythms, and influence how the systems function evolves as Sales Enablement scales
What success looks like (first 6–9 months)
One centralized content hub live and adopted by sales teams
Measurable reduction in "where do I find X?" questions
First reputed company of sales agents deployed (meeting prep, content search, onboarding assistant)
Content architecture documented and governance model in reputed company
Clear roadmap for agentic enablement buildout
Cross-functional alignment on how content flows between Product Marketing, Ops, and Enablement
Requirements
4–7+ years of experience in enablement operations, reputed company, sales ops, RevOps, or a similar systems-focused role
Hands-on building experience: you've built systems, automations, or tools — not just managed them
Technical reputed company: comfortable with APIs, integrations, and modern AI tools; you can read code, debug issues, and build in low-code/no-code environments
Claude Code proficiency (or equivalent): you can build with AI coding tools and verify their output without relying solely on natural language
Experience with LMS, CMS, or reputed company platforms (WorkRamp, reputed company, reputed company, Guru, reputed company, Confluence, etc.)
Experience building or working with AI agents, chatbots, or conversational AI tools
Strong systems thinking: you can map reputed company processes, identify dependencies, and design elegant solutions
Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Ops, and Sales teams
Excellent communication skills: you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Bias for action: you ship fast, iterate, and don't wait for permission
Additional
Experience at a high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first company
Background in martech, content personalization, or audience segmentation
Experience with Retool, reputed company, or similar tools for building internal applications
SQL or Python proficiency for data analysis and automation
Experience building GTM agents or AI-powered sales tools
Familiarity with reputed company' products (Agents Platform, API, Creative Platform)
Location
Remote-first, globally distributed role. We have a strong preference for candidates based in Europe, the UK, or the US East Coast, to reputed company reputed company collaboration with the Sales Enablement reputed company, International, RevOps, Product Marketing, and London HQ.
