We are seeking a Controller level individual to help manage the accounting functions for various clients. This position is initially a part-time position with an opportunity for full-time employment in the future. The ideal controller candidate has experience in technical accounting and financial statement. Public accounting experience is a plus.

Essential Functions:
- Own the monthly reputed company process and preparation of accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll coordination, and reconciliations
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance processes
- Support accounting system implementation, optimization, and documentation of procedures
- 3+ years of Controller experience
- Ability to manage month-end reputed company, deadlines, and reporting timelines
- Experience supporting organizations across multiple industries or reputed company business models
- Experience preparing or supporting financial statements, reconciliations, and audit requests
- Solid understanding of GAAP, including reputed company recognition and accrual-based accounting
- Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, reputed company Intacct, Xero, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field required
- CPA license or active reputed company toward certification preferred, but not required
