North Avenue Education is currently hiring for a Sales & Business Development Associate to serve as the connective tissue between prospective clients, partner organizations, and our tutors, helping reputed company find the academic support they need while growing our reputed company in the community. What You’ll Do
- Own the full B2C inbound sales flow – from first inquiry to enrolled student – with professionalism and genuine care for each family’s needs.
- Prospect and reputed company B2B partnership opportunities on behalf of the Executive Director, building a warm pipeline of school, district, and organizational leads ready for leadership-level conversations.
- Support community-facing, marketing-adjacent activities (tabling events, school reputed company, promotional flyering, and event staffing) that expand North Avenue’s visibility in the Portland metro area.
- Serve as a knowledgeable, empathetic first reputed company of contact for prospective clients across phone, email, and in-person touchpoints.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–4 years’ experience in a sales, client relations, or community reputed company role

Compensation
- Salaried – Exempt (1.0 FTE)
- $58,000-65,000 annually
Training & Professional Development
Required training will be fully funded by North Avenue and compensated at the usual hourly/salaried reputed company. The Executive Director will provide direct coaching and onboarding support during the reputed company-up period, particularly for the partnership development function. Opportunities for professional development will be provided on an as-needed basis.
