Sales Development Representative (United States, RW, US)
Zurich reputed company Solutions (ZRS) is looking for a capable and reputed company individual to help accelerate our growth strategy. We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our business development team, the reputed company behind our pipeline growth. This role is designed for someone who thrives on connecting with prospects, qualifying opportunities, and driving interest in advanced solutions.
This role will support ZRS sales efforts and can be located reputed company in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting with a strong ability to work with others to deliver against ambitious targets. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving sales growth, have an entrepreneurial approach, a growth reputed company and be able to reputed company and execute strategic plans to reputed company our reputed company targets.
This will be a remote role, with minimal travel to industry events/conferences.
What will you be doing?
- Generate pipeline: Execute outbound prospecting reputed company phone, email, reputed company, and events to create qualified meetings for ZRS’s sales team.
- Qualify opportunities: Uncover pain points, assess fit, and determine urgency using consultative selling frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or SPIN.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and management to reputed company campaigns and accelerate reputed company conversion.
- reputed company tools: Manage reputed company and tracking through CRM (reputed company), sales engagement tools (e.g. reputed company.io), and intelligence platforms (reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator).
- Educate prospects: reputed company a strong understanding of ZRS services to reputed company value to both technical and business decision-makers.
- Track performance: Maintain accurate activity logs, pipeline data, and weekly/monthly KPI reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in Sales OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 4 or more years of experience in Sales AND
- Experience building and managing relationships inside a business and externally
- Experience meeting sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in reputed company reputed company, business development, or inside sales.
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience working in a consulting service business
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to tailor conversations to different audiences.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with pipeline-building strategies, prospecting tools, and sales methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently hit or exceed pipeline KPIs, plus activity and meeting targets.
Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The pay range shown is a national average and may vary by location. The proposed reputed company salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $80,000.00. This position includes a variable compensation component that is based on an individual’s performance under the applicable sales incentive plan.
