Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company sales leader to manage the sales and clinical teams for their assigned territory. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals. You'll work closely with the Region Clinical Manager to reputed company and direct the clinical consultant team members, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to support region growth.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and reputed company objectives
  • Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directing the sales performance in specified regions
  • Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
  • Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to the needs of sales
  • Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

* Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals

  • Experience in managing sales and clinical teams, with a strong track record of leadership and team development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with executives, managers, and clinicians
