Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time basis, working remotely from reputed company, OH or Pittsburgh, PA. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families. Key Responsibilities
* Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat
- Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to reputed company internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating a great customer experience
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
- Have access to personal health information (PHI) necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities
- Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results

Requirements
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift
- High school diploma
- One (1) year experience in customer service
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
- Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems
- Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time
- Travel required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
