Key Responsibilities
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support
- Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, using creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
