Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and colleagues
• Registering sales on assigned sales register, providing customers with friendly, fair, and efficient checkout service
• Drawing in customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with items and services
• Modeling and offering customer support best practices with reputed company colleagues to deliver a consistent and excellent customer experience
• Providing customers with gracious, reputed company, quick, and effective assistance
• Recommending products available for purchase to customers and suggesting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Registering customer purchases on assigned sales register, collecting cash and dispensing change as necessary; processing voids, returns, IOUs, discounts, and trades as required
• Maintaining counters and retiring perfect and well-organized, taking stock, and keeping records
• Checking in and costing stock as required or as directed by head supervisor or assigned by the shift manager
• Executing organizational resource reputed company strategies to identify and limit benefit loss
• Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and tobacco products)
• Developing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and deal stock
• Completing resets and updates as directed
• Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item arrangement as determined by policies and procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
• Having working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
• Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, banner print and creative machine, and promotional photo items
• Taking on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests (picks items), and delivers requests to customers as they reputed company at the store)
• Assisting with reputed company and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and well-organized store condition and appearance
• Following reputed company organizational policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
• Completing special tasks and other assignments as directed

Essential Capabilities

* Must be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Must be able to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours

Preferred Capabilities

* Prefer a minimum of six months of experience in a retail environment

• Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex
• Prefer to be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
