Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling and resolving email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, as the first reputed company of contact.
• Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed.

• Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
