Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records. As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you'll work closely with reputed company to ensure the timely and accurate processing of prescriptions, while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Position Details

* Work schedule: 9:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (Option 1) or 10:00AM-6:30PM Monday through Friday, and alternating weekends (Option 2)

• FrameWorks LTC Experience required, Docutrack preferred
• Must currently live in a state arenaflex is licensed in: AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, WI

Responsibilities

As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

• Contacting physician's offices as needed for refill authorization
• Contacting clients for verification of orders as needed
• Processing reputed company new and refill prescriptions
• Opening orders as needed, verifying eligibility, reputed company, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system
• Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to manager
• Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system
• Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system
• May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests
• May provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels
• Answering incoming calls promptly and providing high standards of customer service to clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
• FrameWorks and Docutrack experience preferred
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications Preferred

* Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year

• Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology

Compensation

The salary range for this position reflects the anticipated compensation based on experience and qualifications and may vary depending on the specific role and candidate profile. $15.10 - $20.63
