We're seeking talented and motivated individuals interested in any of the following roles:

• HomeCare Sales Specialist I: Connect and engage with people and start a relationship with those who are interested in having home care support for themselves or a loved one.
• Intake Specialist I: Work closely with Patients and Caregivers to educate them and assist them on the application and enrollment process of our supported programs, with the goal of completing the eligibility process and onboarding them.
• Onboarding Specialist I: Guide our patients and caregivers throughout the onboarding process of joining arenaflex. This role will require you to conduct virtual or in-person orientations.
• Care Support Specialist I: Guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey while ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and feel heard and cared for.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for candidates who possess:

• Customer service skills: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations, empathize with customers, and solve problems. Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue. Passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show reputed company, active listening, and patience.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide reputed company and compassion to our patients and caregivers.
• Soft skills: Good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and be able to work well in a team.
• Problem-solving: Ability to solve problems and stay reputed company under pressure. Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with eager customers comfortably, defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers successfully.
• Time management: Strong time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks. Must be able to meet and exceed.

Hybrid Role

These are hybrid positions that will require reputed company employees to commute into our Nevada arenaflex Hub office 2-3 days per week. Our office is located in Las Vegas, NV.

Compensation

reputed company pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined reputed company a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and reputed company reputed company a role. The reputed company pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $22.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: reputed company set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
