Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Verifying data from reputed company documents according to established procedures and rules
• Entering data into our systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Searching entire applications while assembling files in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing reputed company necessary Text, CWU and Drawings information
• Completing timesheets on a weekly basis
• Following standard procedures as outlined by reputed company ISO requirements
• Performing other job-reputed company duties as required

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll need to have:

• A high school graduate or equivalent
• A commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
• A commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
• Ability to pass reputed company pre-employment assessments
• Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
• High-speed internet capability
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Locations

We're looking for candidates who are currently living in the geographic regions (and surrounding areas) listed below:

• Pittsburgh, PA
• Aiken, SC
• Des Moines, IA
• Greater Philadelphia area

Training Class

Training classes will be scheduled approximately 2 months after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.
