The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their customers. You will be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and provide follow-up support
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and federal and state laws governing the industry
• Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
• Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and new concepts
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Training and Development
