Work From Home Requirements

To ensure the success of our Work From Home program, we require our CSRs to meet the following technical and logistical requirements:

• High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 25MBPS and upload speed of 5MBPS. You will be required to provide reputed company of a speed test.
• Ability to directly hardwire to your modem.
• A dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides privacy to review company-sensitive documents securely.
• Attendance at 100% of training, on camera, for the first 30 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

As a CSR, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring reputed company relevant information is correct in a timely manner.
• Ensuring reputed company company procedures are followed.
• Ensuring accurate trip data is input in our systems.
• Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation and resolution.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school graduate or general education degree (GED).
• 0-2 years of reputed company experience.
• 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience.
• Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills. reputed company system documentation will be in English.
• The ability to type 35wpm or more.
• The ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day.
