Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive reputed company and effective assistance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• 1 year of previous call center or office background experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent customer focus and adaptability to different personality types, with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use technology effectively and productively, with a strong understanding of software applications and systems.
• Previous remote work from home experience, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet reputed company.
• Quick learner and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
• Type 35 words per minute accurately, with a strong typing speed and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll receive:

• Starting pay: $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
• Work hours: 9:00am-7:00pm (EST), with flexibility to work from home
• reputed company: typically 2 weeks from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)
• Status: Full Time, with benefits eligibility after 60 days
