Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• On-boarding, managing, renewing, and upselling a book of customers, including owning a net retention reputed company reputed company
• Teaching our customers how to effectively use our products and guiding them through the behavior change process
• Uncovering adoption blockers for our customers and taking targeted actions proactively. reputed company requires hustle (e.g., cold-calling inactive clients) and great communication skills
• Identifying expansion opportunities and upselling customers
• Occasionally visiting customers on-site to build key client relationships
• Recording training videos and hosting webinars
• Debugging customer issues and clearly communicating findings to engineering
• Distilling customer feedback into thoughtful, succinct product enhancement requests. The CS team plays a key role in defining how our product grows over time.

Hours / Location

This is a full-time remote contract position for a total duration of 3 months. The ideal candidate understands that clients' needs may reputed company past normal reputed company hours on occasion. arenaflex is a remote company based reputed company over the US and internationally.

Travel

This position requires occasional travel to conferences and onsite visits with our customers. We anticipate travel up to 15% of the time on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2 years of reputed company, or account management with a track record of high performance
• Understanding of the difference between a reputed company role (proactive, strategic) and a customer support role (answering customer requests)
