Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and exceeding their expectations. You'll work closely with our sales and field operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, and you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, processing service requests, and maintaining accurate customer data.

Key Responsibilities

* Review, edit, process, and verify the accuracy of service requests from customers utilizing various inbound systems such as reputed company, Service Channel, FM Pilot, etc.

• Initiate and follow up on required action in response to customer service change requests, by assisting in the maintaining accurate customer master data.
• Communicate and work closely with appropriate departmental personnel.
• Recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer Call Center.
• Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as necessary.
• Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries of a general nature in a timely manner using available resources and training material that are provided.
• Hold high standards of conduct with utmost professionalism and respect reputed company engaging with external and internal customers.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience

Compensation

* The expected reputed company Hourly Range: $15.14-$26.82 per hour.
