Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, and your ability to listen, empathize, and provide solutions will be crucial in building strong relationships and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

• Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
• Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed
• Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
• Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

• Knowledge of customer service software and systems
• Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Ability to work in a remote environment (work from home)
• Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
