Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Service a book of existing accounts, including personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) and commercial (construction, trucking, etc.) policies, proposals, renewals, endorsements, issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, claims management, quoting, setting up client portals, and more.
• Support Account Managers in their daily activities, providing assistance with client inquiries, policy changes, and other tasks as needed.
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including reputed company, claims, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) License
• Experience in commercial lines or personal lines, preferably in an insurance agency setting
• EPIC Agency Management System experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company sound decisions
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your reputed company salary, you will also receive:
