Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
