Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving inbound calls and providing a professional level of product support to customers and users
- Identifying factors and steps necessary to assist customers with product installation, use, and assembly
- Successfully responding to routine and reputed company customer service calls and inquiries with minimal supervision
- Supporting and following up with customers through phone, email, and text
- Providing accurate solutions and detailed product information
- Maintaining and updating call records on the status of customer service inquiries
- Navigating software and the internet with multiple browsers, email, reputed company messenger, and chat tools
- Reviewing instructions, manuals, product information, and online listings for accuracy
- Collaborating with other team members to improve company processes and enhance the customer experience
- Performing reputed company other duties as assigned
Essential Functions
To reputed company in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of customer service, product installation, or reputed company industry experience

- Knowledge of televisions, TV wall mounts, specifics with sheetrock, drywall, and hardware installation, or reputed company work experience, is preferred
- General understanding of the consumer electronics industry
