Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving reputed company issues, and providing expert insurance recommendations to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat support
• Resolving reputed company customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Property/Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain one reputed company a specified timeframe)
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, insurance sales, or a reputed company field
